  • Schedule any repairs or the moving crew for a different day than your cleaning. This gives us the space and time to do our job thoroughly without working around others.
  • Do not shut off your power or water until after we’re done. The equipment and tools we use require both.
  • Book your cleaning a few days before your deadline. This leaves room for any additional touch-ups you might request.

What’s included in a Move-In/Out Cleaning

Because the space is empty, this service is a complete, top-to-bottom clean of the entire home, including the interiors of appliances and storage areas:

  • All rooms and living areas: vacuuming and mopping all floors, dusting and wiping all surfaces, cleaning baseboards and light switches, cleaning window ledges, wiping doors, and emptying any bins.
  • Interior windows: cleaning interior window glass, frames, and windowsills.
  • Cabinets and closets: cleaning inside and out, since they’re empty and fully accessible.
  • Kitchen: cleaning the interior of the oven, the interior and exterior of the fridge, countertops, sink, stove, microwave, and all appliances, plus cabinets and drawers inside and out.
  • Bathrooms: cleaning countertops, scrubbing toilets, cleaning sinks, scrubbing and wiping the tub and shower, polishing mirrors and chrome, and cleaning cabinets and drawers inside and out.

Once you’re out of the property, we take over and bring in our tools, machines, and supplies so you can focus on settling into your new home. We stay behind and make sure everything is pristine.
